Why you have a bad day?

Things don’t go as planned, people behave badly, negative incidents break out,…

Bad things happen, which ruins our day

And we feel sad, disappointed, hopeless, tired, etc.

That’s the sign when we rely too much on the outside world.

I’m lucky to learn from a wise person

To be comfortable with plans going wrong

Cherish the imperfection of life around me

And enjoy my awesome bad day!

Do wrong > do good = a bad day

A bad day is not a day when bad things happen to me

But a day when I do bad things that are against my value & desire.

A good day is not a day when good news comes to me

But a day when I commit to doing good things that

Grow me, make me smile, bring benefits to my community.

So if you have a bad day, chances are you haven’t done enough good things.

What I mean when I say “Have a good day”

For me, this used to mean: I wish pleasant things to happen in your day!

(which sounds a bit out of hand)

But now, when people say so, this is what I hear: Today, let’s do things that make you feel great!

(much more in control now)

So, have a good day! You know what I mean ;)
