Age doesn’t matter, maturity does

One common prejudice I found is about age and maturity.

Don’t get me wrong, I do think there is a correlation between the two.

I just don’t think it’s good if we overestimate or underestimate any other just because they are older or younger.

Individual qualification should be judged on their personality, capabilities, and attitude instead of an arbitrary number.
